Question: Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?
Answer: We recommend having an account because it helps in maintaining the order history and tracking shipment online. However, the guest logins are always welcome!
Question: Is the city/country zip code mandatory to provide?
Answer: To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India/other countries, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We will NOT be responsible for postal delay resulting from incomplete address listings.

Question: What should I do if my payment fails?
Answer: Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 8-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
Question: How can I track the order and shipment?
Answer:You can track your order simply by logging into your Clean Experts a/c and entering the order ID.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. We will also be providing you the tracking details in next 24 – 48 working hours through email. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take maximum 36 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Question: How long will my order take?
Answer: : All the products are dispatched within 2 working days of booking the order. You can track your order’s status from the courier site & the tracking ID we provided through email.
Question: Can I return an item if I don t like it, and if so how?
Answer: Sorry you cannot return once purchased, but you can exchange it with other product of same price. Simply call us upon receipt of the product and discuss about it.
Question: If I have someone in India can he/she make the payment in India on my behalf and can you deliver it to me directly?
Answer: Yes, we can do that, but please drop us an email from our Contact Us page beforehand with your request.
Question: I am concerned about my credit card details.
Answer: You need not be. We accept payments through PayUMoney or Paytm which are highly secured payment systems and everyday thousands of transaction happen through these payment gateways.
Question: Do you accept personal cheques?
Answer: No, we do not accept personal cheques.
Question: Can I send money through Western Union or Money Gram?
Answer: Yes, just email us before doing so & we will give the details.
Question: When do you usually update products?
Answer: Our products catalogue is updated once in two weeks according to the season and demand.
Question: Does the prices include shipping charges?
Answer: Yes, the prices do include the shipping charges within India. For shipping outside India the charges are calculated after you enter the address while checkout.
